Toolroom capability showcase

01 / Press tools & dies

Production tooling, running proof.

Trim, draw and production press tools — engineered in-house, tried out on presses up to 800 T, and corrected until every working steel runs clean.

02 / Draw dies & BIW

Skin panels & sheet metal.

Draw, trim and flange tooling for doubly-curved panels — three-wheeler skins, seat frames and BIW programs for OEM and Tier-1 lines.

03 / Checking fixtures

Fixtures & gauges.

Welding fixtures, gauges and BIW checking fixtures — including 3D-printed fixture programs, 40+ fixtures delivered inside a month when the program demanded it.

04 / Moulds & PDC dies

Moulds & die casting.

Mould and pressure-die-casting tooling carried from engineering review through large machining, finishing and shop-floor validation.

05 / One shop

Every discipline, one roof.

Design, CAM, large-format machining, finishing, tryout and inspection — with software keeping every job visible. Since 1989.

01 — The House

A manufacturing house built around toolroom discipline.

Saptasati brings press-tool know-how, large machining capacity, tryout presses, quality checks and practical engineering under one roof in Chikhali, Pune. The same operating knowledge now powers something rarer: a toolroom that builds its own software for the AI age.

We encourage our people to take calculated risks — to improve their decision making and bring more efficiency to the delivery of our projects.

Continuous improvement is not only better manufacturing practice. It is helping your people grow with time.

05 — The Digital Toolroom

A toolroom disciplined enough to write its own software.

Every product below was born from a problem on our own shop floor — then engineered like a tool: specified, validated, and released with evidence. This is the stack we run, and the stack we are bringing to the industry.

Leeladhar Warade, Chairman of Saptasati Industries

Chairman

Leeladhar Warade

Founded the shop in 1989 and still holds it to the same standard: make the promise carefully, then keep it — and help your people grow with the work.

Managing Director & Chief Technology Officer

Bhupendra Warade

Sets the company’s direction and leads the build of Stratos, CADMation and PartLens — the software carrying a 37-year-old toolroom into the AI age.

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Amol Narlawar

The first call for a new program. He carries an RFQ from the opening conversation to a commitment the shop can stand behind — OEM, Tier-1 and industrial.

Senior Consultant, Marketing

Abhay Yeware
